Who is Rob Earnshaw?

Rob Earnshaw was a recognised member of the National Youth Theatre at 18 he decided that he wanted to help other young actors get a grasp of the entertainment industry so he created The Acting Website from it’s success he decided he wanted to be involved in promoting the talent within the national youth theatre and the casting website was born! He now works full time as a freelance casting director and talent scout for many major UK production companies. His philosophy in this industry is to help as many young actors as possible achieve their dreams regardless of the ethnic or social background they come from.

By creating very good relationships with many big named casting directors, agents and production companies across the world. He has worked with many big name casting directors and producers recommending new talent for many domestic TV shows such as Holby city, Casualty, West End Shows and even Feature films such as Peter Jackson’s new movie “The Lovely Bones.”

Because of his uncanny knack of locating new talent Rob has been headhunted by the prestigious AMTC group. He is now a regional talent scout for AMTC and is currently in the process of locating new talent to take to Disney land Paris in November to meet over 150 of the top producer, casting directors and agents in the world!
