AMERICA’S BIGGEST talent contest comes to Europe for the first time this year ... and it is out to find the next big International Super Model.

The Actors, Models and Talent Convention (AMTC) gives models the chance to shine in front of global model agencies and fashion bookers.

It’s normally held twice a year in the United States, but in November, organisers launch the first-ever European event at Disneyland Paris.

And they’re on the hunt for all hopefuls who dream of making it big.

“AMTC Europe brings together the very best agents, managers and fashion bookers from all over the world” says Lynne Millar, AMTC European Director.

“Years worth of auditions are condensed into six days, giving models the chance to network and audition in front of up to 100 agents, including Model agents from London, New York, Paris, Milan, LA & Tokyo in the one place, at the one time.”

Anyone aged from fifteen to 25 can apply.

Those who impress judges will be offered a full scholarship to the AMTC event (worth over £1000) and work with the UK AMTC training team before the November event.

AMTC Europe takes place at Disneyland Paris from November 18 - 24 this year.

Each day is packed with educational events, seminars, and agent interviews, meet-n-greets and competitive auditions.

There will daily seminars and workshops with top industry professionals, including Erin founder of New York Models Management (Elle McPherson's agent).

“AMTC has been highly successful in America since 1982 and offers amazing opportunities to American talent,” says Lynne.

“Performers can be spotted at AMTC and soon after they are on the front cover of Vogue or the catwalks of Milan or New York, many of our models are leading campaigns for top fashion designers such as Prada, Gucci, Jill Sander, Boss, Calvin Klein & many more.

“I want to give UK talent the same opportunities they have in the States.

“AMTC Europe is a fantastic way for new and up-and-coming models to learn about the industry in our training programme, then give them the exposure in front of top industry professionals.”
